The lacing system tends to come undone on its own with regular use, which means you have to loosen the laces every day to avoid cutting off the circulation in your feet. As there’s no cushioning in the sole, they might be fine for skateboarding, but for everyday walking your feet will soon start to ache. That said, it’s a very attractive design that fits well. They run small, so you should go for a size larger.

I'm a big fan of the Pure styling, especially the hi-tops. I have 4 of the winterized version in different colours and 3 of the standard. Great fit, great styling and quality in manufacture. I've been buying them for the last 5 years and even the oldest pairs are still in very good condition despite having heavy use in all weather.
